Caroline Frey is known for her authentic, precise wines and her deep connection to the Valais. After many years of experience with renowned wineries in France, her passion for the mountains and the Petite Arvine variety brought her back to the region over ten years ago. Today, she runs the Benoît Dorsaz winery, which she took over in 2025, and continues the tradition cultivated over four generations while adding her own personal touch.
Afterward, interested guests will have the opportunity to taste four selected wines free of charge. Caroline Frey will personally lead the tasting, discussing grape varieties, origin, and terroir while engaging directly with the guests.

An enjoyable evening with a winemaker who brings the Valais terroir to life with precision and passion.
