It's no surprise many of our guests like to wake up early, as the Sorell breakfast is no ordinary breakfast: jams and breads, many self-made, cheese which comes straight from alpine farmers, the ham is a piece of traditional craft, the eggs come from Swiss free-range chickens. The newspaper is also ready - what a beautiful morning!
